Hi there, welcome to Drew's Wish!

Drew's Wish is my jewelry brand that helps my son Drew in his fight against Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Duchenne is a fatal muscle wasting disease that severely takes away muscle function and causes disability within a shortened life span. On Valentine's Day of 2019, my 7 year old son, Drew, was diagnosed with the rare disease, DMD. His diagnosis shattered our world and broke my mama heart into a million pieces. Being told by his medical team that there is nothing that could be done to help us stop or slow the progression of this horrific incurable disease catapulted me into finding any means necessary to help him live the longest life he could no matter what the prognosis. A few short weeks after that life altering day I decided that I would use my talents and creativity to bring awareness to DMD and help raise funds for his medical treatments and any mobility needs...that's when my jewelry brand was born! I have been making jewelry since I was a child so right after his diagnosis I decided to come up with meaningful awareness bracelets for his cause so we could fundraise for his medical treatments that weren't covered by insurance. Drew has so many wishes as his disability has taken hold but his biggest wish is a cure for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and why I decided to call it Drew's Wish. All of our pieces have deep meaning and are handmade for a purpose, to help Drew in his fight against Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. Together we can make a difference in Drew's life and other children living with Duchenne.
